# AQA business studies unit 1 (buss1) HELP CALCULATIONS!!Watch

hey im currently studying unit 1 but im really stuck on calculations what are the ones we are suppose to know how to do?

Also do we need to know how to actually fill in or create cash flow forecasts and budgets? i know we need to for breakeven.

please help!

I am also doing Unit 1, I think all you need to know is the basic calculations like profit and loss, net profit margin. Make sure you know the difference between gross and net profit. There isn't any difficult or complicated calculations in Unit 1. Some of the slightly more difficult calculations take place in Unit 2. When's your exam date?

i dont think any of them come into unit 1. they are part of finance which is in unit 2.

ofcourse you need to know calculations - you have two sections to unit 1, starting a business and financing a business. so you need to know break even/contribution/market share/market size/market growth etc

He's wrong about Market size, he stated the formula for Market share.

Market size= Quantity sold x Price
