It's a really good appetite supressant, not sure if it helps you lose weight in any other way though.

omfg how can that still be given as advice

Jenna999 - green tea tastes like normal tea and I think youre "meant to" drink it without milk, I certainly do.

Here is a HUGE thread about another tea you could try, titled "hands down, the best fat burner ever... yerba mate":

Yerba mate, ROFL, thats outdated and pants.

If u want weightloss then a combo of GT and fish oil would work, aswell as a well structured diet and exercise plan. No supplement alone will make u lose a huge amount of weight but can aid in ur goals.

your mom supplements with my cock

Remember with fish oil, its very calorie-dense, so use it in place of calories you ate before, not on top of them.
Yes green tea is excellent.

It contains antioxidants, so cleanses your system, helps speed up you metabolism and so burn fat more effectively. Just dont be kidded that it will neutralise the calories in a Big Mac if you drink it afterwards or anything like that as my sister thinks!

I started eating porridge instead of toast for breakfast, and drinking green tea instead of regular tea and coffee, and lost 3lbs in a week

Little changes are the way forward - every little helps*
