I'll throw a few ideas at you:
hot pasta, pesto sauce, grated cheese, side salad
jacket potato plus whatever takes your fancy
beans on toast
celery and peanut butter
porridge, golden syrup with raisins or dates chucked in
Green and Black's chocolate..dont' come near me with that stuff!
crusty bread roll and, uh, "wholesome" soup
Not to mention...
beer (I like to think..)
butterscotch angel delight (I like to think..oh come on, it hasgot milk in it!!)
Basically just eat all the stuff you want, but minimise the crap! Get a balance..easier said than done, eh?
