Eye Juice

i woke up this morning with my eyes literally guled toget with sleep so i was barley abble to open them ( i think it was sleep- well summin from my eye)...thare was also some areound my eye area...i washed them with water and my eyes were all bloodshoot- i looked terrible- but anyway im just wondering why did this happen? what is it? should i be worried...is this an eye-infection or something...any ideas would be good...ty

Sounds like conjuctivitus, its infectious, so don't go near people.

There is a chance that you have an eye infection. If it is hurting you, producing puss, excessive watering, or you vision is effected then I would suggest that you go and see your gp as soon as possible as they can give you some antibiotics in tablet from, eye drops or eye wash. If you don't have any of the symptoms about then maybe leave it for a few days and if it doesn't improve go and see your gp.

If you found it sticking together then it does sound Like conjuctivitus, Id advice you to go and see your doctor.

This must be going round as i had it a couple of weeks ago and then i got it again this week - its like conjunctivitis - its just when the bacteria/virus stuff builds up so much that u get congested even in ur eye. Do u find that ur eye waters a lot too? and is slightly stingy? i went to the docs and as it was viral he couldnt do anything - it goes in about a week.

depends if you have bacterial or viral conjunctivitis though...if its the former then antibiotic eyedrops work a treat. either way, go to doc so he can tell you properly.
