Claire: relax!!!!!

I'm in the same boat as you...dreading it, but it will be fine.

The only practical aspects that you can look over between now and the big day, are enzymes, bio molecules and cells.

Part 1 of the exam: Biochemistry/physiology from the AS spec, which might OR MIGHT NOT be related to your planning exercise.
Part 2: Microscopy - you should be prepared to calc the magnification of cell/tissue structures from photos provided by OCR. As for drawings, there may be a question asking you to provide a low (or high) power drawing.

I am perfectly happy to let slip a few marks on these planning exercises (the chemistry ones were much kinder), as I pretty much have the spec content memorised.

Hope this helps.
