If she's like throwing up ill- nothing that will upset her stomach! I.e. nothing spicy or acidic. Just do her something simple like soup and bread... take her a chick flick to watch together or something.
I'm sure she will be glad of your company and that she has a nice friend like you to look after her

Oh go on and give her the hottest curry ever.

She'll sweat any illness she has out with that.

You could try taking her some nice ice cream, or some cookies and chocolate milk or something nice that you might not buy on a regular basis

My housemates been quite poorly lately, and her boyfirned got her a Nando's two nights on the trot, which made her feel better, but she had a cough/cold/headahce/general poorlyness!

Whats her favourite meal? You could be brave and try something like that?

Yeah the plan is to take over some dvds and some food! anyone got any good recipes for chicken soup??

her favourite food is no doubt something polish and difficult to make so I think I'll stick to something not too difficult..save that for another time!

Just buy some soup, hide it in your bag and bring ingredients with you(just a chicken or something lol), that way you will look like you made it .
