Derby or Coventry???

Hey

I have recieved conditional offers from Canterbury Christ Church (offering 160 points) and coventry and Derby (offering 240 points). I think i would be stupid not to put canterbury as my insurance, as they are offering me low points, just incase i do crap on my exams.

However, up until i got a conditional from Derby i was definatly going to have Coventry as my firm. But since, ive stayed with my brother up in Derby uni i really love it there. Now im completly stuck between Coventry and Derby!

Where would you people rather go and why? What are the pros and cons of each place?

I have a similiar worry. I've been accepted into Anglia Ruskin and De Montfort (by letters) which would be my top Universities to go into. I'm just waiting for them to come on UCAS.

Anyway, I'm really at a loss because I'd probably choose Wolverhampton as Insurance as it's low points. But, De Montfort is a great area, while Anglia Ruskin is the highest in the tables. I'm at such a loss and I really don't know which one I'll pick.

well personally i dont know what uni u should go to but my brother has just started his first year in derby university and he thinks that it is an excellant uni to go to
he is also thinking about renting a house there so it must be good

I can vouch for the fact that Derby is a good uni as I am there myself. :smile:

I like it because it's not a massive city. It has everything you need & the university itself is really friendly. I'm just finishing my first year there & have just rented a house for next year- I can't wait! :biggrin:
