are there any shops where u can just turn up on the day and have a eye test or do u have to book them. Do boots do eye tests?

Boots Opticians do eye tests but I don't think they do turn-up ones. I'm sure there are some/plenty. I know 20/20 do eye-tests when you turn up if they don't have any bookings at that time.

Boots you have to make an appointment but they always have slots that day.
