To me it does sound like shes a attention seeker, and trying to make you jealous or perhaps see your reaction to mentioning guys to see how much you like her.
Its either that if you did reject her shes just using this as away of coping while at the same time trying to make you jealous.
If she really did get off with 8 guys i would be concerned as to if shes gf material anyway.
