Hey...
I was just wondering if anyone else here has the same problem as me...
I work really hard, and because of that, easily become stressed. I
worry a lot about school work, causing me to frequently lose sleep. Often, I won't get to sleep until 2am, and then wake up frequently throughout the night. I've been to the doctor, who has just given me advice to calm me down really (I get mild panic attacks when I don't get to sleep by a specific time). I was just wondering if anyone else here had similar sleeping difficulties...and how they cope with them.
I have tried Nytol, Herbal tablets, uumm hot baths, hot chocolate, reading, you name it...but nothing seems to work well! I don't have this problem every night..usually around 1 night a week, but sometimes it can be as much as 3...
Any advice?
