NUS extra cards - delivery time?

    • Thread Starter

    Hi all

I ordered an NUS extra card last Sunday and its shown as 'dispatched' on the track function but still hasn't been delivered (this after a good week of waiting), its gonna be delivered to my Uni, anyone know how long these things take? I wouldn't mind it for next Tuesday as I'm supposed to be buying a season-ticket for my football team and need it for a student discount!

Bought mine on a Monday, came a week later on the Thursday so 10 days

    I've waited 10 days :/ [s]innocent[/s][s]innocent[/s][s]innocent[/s][s]innocent[/s][s]innocent[/s][s]innocent[/s][s]innocent[/s]s... :/

It should only really take 10 days - did the email to inform you that it had been dispatched? I would contact them if I were you.

Yeah, dispatched. I'll go to my SU office tomorrow. I'm not in Tuesday, so should chase it up, they may have it but it may not be down as delivered.
