University lectures etc

Hi guys
I'm thinking of studying psychology at university in a year or so. So how many lectures do you have a week, tutorials, practical sessions etc?
Loves
Im in my third year so not as many. Thinking back to my first year, I think it was no more than 16hours worth of lectures a week....it was a while ago. I do remember having lectures on a mon, tues and wed, and then having the rest of the week off.

It all depends on where you go I guess, but psychology involves a lot of self learning and researching, they say that for every 1 hr lecture you have, you should do 10hrs independent study....cant say I quite made that ratio.

Where I am (university of Glamorgan, in first and second year you have lectures - roughly one for each module. then one tutorial a week and a 2hr workshop a week to cover research methods and do practical examples.

hope this helps : )
