Les Mains Sales

Hey guys. I was wondering whether anybody could reccommend a study guide to this, or whether anyone would be willing to share any info or essays on the book? I'm struggling a bit with this book, as i don't really understand the stuff about existentialism and the politics etc. I'm gonna really struggle in the exam as our teacher really isn't helping us much, and the others seem to understand the book so i don't wanna look stupid by admitting i don't have a clue what is going on  I'd really appreciate it if anybody could help in any way please. Thanks. Jen xx
Labesse, Jean Etude sur Sartre, "Les mains sales"
Reed, Paul, Sartre : les mains sales
Buffat, Marc Marc Buffat presente ’Les mains sales’ de Jean-Paul Sartre
Bagot, Francoise Jean-Paul Sartre : les mains sales

i think those are the ones i've used. i've lost my bibliography sheet which isn't cool. i've only got photocopies of the pages from them (library, couldn't borrow.), so i don't actually know which is which.

it's a pain in the arse book though, considering all the things we /could/ read for a-level french. satre is the kind of stuff people hit on for degree level. if there's specifics you want explaining though, lemme know.

Thank youuu  I'll look up some of those. it's such a stupid book, especially when you don't understand the main themes  we're doing Un Sac De Billes as well as Les Mains Sales, and that seems really easy compared to this.
the paul reed one was the only one available in my school library, had to visit the uni library for the others. it's not the kind of book i'd ever read, i got asked about the philosophy aspect of the book too in my uni interview, which was pretty annoying to say the least.

i just finished my coursework on it this friday, got quite a lot of french i need my french friend to check through though before i hand that one in.
