Glasgow Uni term dates

I was wondering if anyone had any idea of when teaching starts at Glasgow uni, and the beginning of freshers week. Is it quite early compared to other unis?

Ah thanks both...do you know what happens in between freshers week and the beginning of teaching? I'm just stressing a bit because there is a family wedding on the 16th of sept.
