URGENT: How to stop the blood (bit graphic)
OK, really need some help here on quite an embarrasing subject. i've just got ready to sleep, undressed etc, and wehn i took of my boxers i saw quite a lot of blood on them in the region that covers the bum. so i stuck some tissues onto the bum hole, and there was still some blood coming out, altho i think it's not coming from the actual hole but something positioned quite close to it (bit hard to see obviously). i had a shower to get try to clean the area, then stuck some more tissue there and there's still some blood coming out. How the hell do i stop the blood? I don't have any plasters or anything. i don't want to go to bed and wake up tomorrow morning with tons of blood all over my sheets. HELP PLEASE!
Also, should i be worried about this? I've noticed over the last week or so that it hurt in this area sometimes when i sit down in a kind of lounging position ie with my back at 45 degrees. When i sat upright the pain disappeared. what scares me is that i must have started bleeding at least a couple of hours ago, but i didn't feel anything! Again, any help would be much appreciated.

There's the slight chance its an anal strain where the skin around your 'bum hole' rips slightly but it only tends to be a small cut when that happens and doesn't bleed mass amounts of blood. If you think its just a cut the only advice I can think of is to put pressure on it to stop the bleeding.
I would recommend you get a 24hr nurse/doctor but if it gets worse, call a taxi and go to the hospital. This could be a small sign of an internal injury. Don't take any chances. They won't think you're petty if it just turns out to be a cut as its better ot be safe than sorry.

I don't think it's an internal injury as i've narrowed it down a little now, it seems to be coming right from the very top of the 'crack', as it were. I've just had some tissue there for about 15 mins, there was a small amount of blood on it but not much, a circle rouglhy 3cm in diameter. Thing is, i really want to get some sleep as i start back at college tomorrow (half-term is over
), but i don't want to go to sleep still leaking blood, even if it is only a small amount cos by the time morning comes it may be that a fair bit has come out.Piles

I hate to say this but cant you ask your mum or someone u trust to take a look. not pleasant but its not exactly easy to see whats going on yourslef.
Yeah it is hard to see exactly but I'd rather not call my parents. I live on my own, though they live only a few mins away but it's quite late so i don't know if i should call them. plus it would be *extremely* embarrasing.
Cant u stick a towel on ur bed to stop it getting bloody? Doesnt seem like much blood so just get sum sleep and it will prob stop soon. Sounds like haemorhoids (sp?).
hm....concidering it hurt when u leaned back and u suspect it isnt coming from the inside of you I would say it's a huge pimple! it must have burst and because u keep sticking tissue up there cant heal and so keeps bleading. dunno, havent had much experiences with pimples on my butt but its a possible scenarion....I doubt its something like cancer.
