your either eating too fast, eating too much or have something wrong and should go to the doctors :redface:

Does it happen after you eat anything or is it just with certain foods? It could be that you have some sort of allergy, wheat or dairy perhaps.

You've been here since May 2004 why can't you make a relevant thread title? It's beneficial for everyone, people who may be able to help you will know what the topic's about and it saves people who can't help you wasting their time. :rant over:

I get real bloated after having a slap up meal at the toby carvery, where the food is literally piled on top of more food, i always eat it too fast.

Possibly constipation? Or yeah, a food intolerance as someone has suggested. Either way if it goes on for too long you should see a doctor.
Otherwise, I tend to feel a bit like that when I'm on my period sometimes, so maybe its linked to that, if you're a girl.

Don't know, i haven't seen your picture.

You don't accept that if someone was looking at the screen an appropriately titled thread would have inspired them to click your thread instead of "why" when i've seen hundreds of threads titled that before.

I'll leave it at that and leave your thread to run its course.
