you can pull the top over the contact and sorta blink it out or you can stick your hand in your eye and pinch them off.:hugs:

I favour the pinching method with VERY dry hands so you're not just slipping about the place- don't panic though- I also find it's easier with short nails.

I usually move the lens to the outer side of my eye and then slide the lens out.

If your getting stressed, leave it for a while, say an hour to two and then try again. Just try not to scratch your eyes!

Blink lots first so that lens is moist. Then pinch it out by putting one finger either side of the lense and moving ur fingers together. Im assuming here that u have soft contact lenses

I do that, but I move it to the outer side of my eye and pinch it. It is much easier pinching it off the white bit of your eye.

If you wear mascara it's much easier to grip your eyelashes so that you can take the lens out. Don't panic too much though, it takes a while to get used to! xxx

I find it helps to look up, then gently slide it down. After youve done that, pinch it and remove it. And make sure you have short nails to avoid stabbing yourself in the eye!

Always try removing and putting them in with dry hands and if you've poked yourself in the eye and have tears all over your face wipe them all off before you try again. Taking them out though is much easier than putting in just touch the lense wiggle it a bit and it should pucker a bit then you can pick it out. Hope that helps. They can be a complete nightmare though!

i just make sure i have completely dry hands, and pinch it straight off the centre of the eye - i've found moving it to the side can sometimes cause it to hurt as i accidentally touch the coloured bit.
Touch your contact lense...and push it into the white of your eye.
then slowly turn your head from the left to the right (its a bit uncomfortable but it gets a bump in the contact lense)
then see the bump in the contact lense (its like a fold) and pinch it and it should come out.
