Exactly. No point in paying for a TV license for one program.

I can't believe there's a Top Gear Society! I'm not taking a TV to Uni, but apparently (according to my brother), you can watch the episodes on the Top Gear website for free, the day after the show.......

Mythbusters, American Chopper and Top Gear are the only things on TV I'm going to miss when I'm at Uni...

They sure as fudge do... and the new series of them rock too! I think they made their most extravagant bike I've ever seen on OCC last week though (and I think they said they didn't want to go over the top!). If only I had 200 grand and 10 years to hang about....

I'm into creating ambient music using synth, yep. Either using Fruity loops or my little Korg thingy.

i always wanted a synth! but i never had the money , and i never got on with fruity loops (lack of patience)
never could work out midi! all these little stumbling blocks and so so

(how ever i do plan on selling my bass and buying a synth, and having one last crack)

i love ambient music!

It's only a micro korg, but it does the job nicely. Fruity loops may seem really difficult on the face of things, but it only takes a few hours and a couple of tutorials. I suppose it's like a poke in the eye with a sharp stick if you're a complete beginner though. I'm currently listening to Ambient Pink Floyd which is really smooth, check it out.
