I'm just starting my AS Edexcel Coursework and its on Catalase concentrations on different animal livers. And im stuck on the plan :frown:

I totally forgotten about Enzymes and mainly the Enzyme Catalase which i have to write about in the beginning of my plan. My mind has totally gone blank, so can anyone suggest how i would start it or know any good AS level websites about Enzymes and Catalase?
