nope. they are some kind of new thing put forward by the NZ goverment as part of a 'drug harm minimisation' scheme.

yea, they're legal. 'Safe' alternative to E, spose to be almost as good as the real thing although i doubt its as intense as E. Negatives include: not being able to sleep (possibly for days) and some people have been sick on them, so its best not to eat anything before hand. I've never tried them, know a few people who have, everyone reckons they're gona be made illegal soon. Think ill stick to the 'real deal'.
