Ive met a really nice guy and usually when i meet someone i go through all the usual questions and at the time i didnt ask his age i just assumed... anyways been getting along very nicely and when i finally did ask him his age it turns out he is just under 2yrs younger than me and im 19. Its not that i have a problem with this because ive been out with younger guys before but what are peoples views on this kinda thing?

Yeah... actually its funny, all my mates and I like younger guys right now (in our last year of college, we're all sick of the guys our age, we've known them forever!!). I like a guy a year younger (I'm 18), as do two other of my friends, and one of my best mates likes a guy 2 years younger! I say it's great... and I hope it works out for you (and for me

im not sure. guys do mature more slowly than girls but i guess it varies from person to person. i dont think i would go for a younger guy but thats just personal prefence. just dont play with them too much girls

I was with a younger guy for a time, but it didn't work out. He was definitely too immature, though I didn't realise it at the time. We just had different ideas about things, were at different stages. He was only a year younger than me but it just didn't work out.
I prefer slightly older guys anyway (my current boyf is 6 months older than me).

It's perfectly fine. All the girls I've fancied and been out with were older than me (partly because I skipped an academic year, so most of the people in my year are older than me) and also I can't stand being with someone immature- they'd drive me round the bend! I find I have more in common with someone older (I'm talking a few months to about 6 years) and I also find them more sexy- don't know why really, I guess it's more of a challenge? But that's quite trivial- I would just hate to be with someone aged 14/15 who was really giggly and argh! I'd put them head first into a rubbish bin!

There shouldnt be a problem at all, this kid obviously isn't a minor so therefore nobody should be bothered
Nothing wrong with it only 2 years 17 and 19, not like there's a 20 year difference.
I don't prefer younger guys, especially those two years younger because my brother is two years younger than I am. I made only one exception but he had a problem with my age being more than his so we never got together. but I don't see anything wrong with dating a younger guy when it comes to other people. it doesn't work for me.
