Can you tell if someone's wearing one? Ive got one but when I put it on with a tight Tshirt I think its obvious that im wearing it, its like my boobs look 'fixed' rather than soft. Im only a 32 A and I wouldn't really call it padded its just thin sponge with a metal wire underneath.

They add about half an inch to your chest and give a nice rounded look though.....:p:

if your not comfortable with the one you have try asking a sales lady which she would advise for a natural effect. or get measured

I have exactly the same worry too. I'm a 32 A and I find some padded bras can make your boobs look kind of pointy unless theyre smooth cups?
I find underwiring can be quite uncomfortable sometimes and I like the way I can get away without it in some styles of bras as I have small boobs!
There are so many bras out there and I can never seem to find the right one in every way (especially when places like M&S have 34/36 and B cups +) but find one you feel fab in and it makes you feel gorgeous

There's other ways to make your boobs look bigger, like T-Shirts and such with wide horizontal stripes.

Another Cosmo tip I've picked up. Every girl shouldn't be without that mag.

i always wear padded push up bras, and i'm a D cup . they just give me extra nipple-coverage, lol, plus i love the shape. i don't think you can really tell though, to be honest they don't look that different to the way they look when i'm wearing an unpadded bra but i look less nippley

I'm a D cup too, but I can't stand padded bras. I don't smuggle tic-tacs though.

Erm. The fact that mine only stand to attention when I want them too, or when it's really cold, can only be a good thing.

Padded bras are great, my wonderbra is really natural, I'm already a D so I'm not too bothered about size, more about shape, they give a good cleavage and avoid the embarassing nipple!

i prefer padded bras, they make you more curved than non-padded that make you look all pointy, also in winter there isnt the issue of nipples that is really annoying!! if you dont like it then try non-underwire padded bras which are really good and i think come from pearsons, they are really smooth and comfortable without being overly padded and bulky like some you can get.
