about half an hour before id eat bananas then about ten minutes berofre raisins - again its slow release energy and theyre small enough to eat without worrying about chucking up, it may be a bit late but i would peronsally eat a large pasta dish the night before

eat whatever you want, probably a normal high-carb breakfast like cereal and toast will satisfy your wish to carb-up and be a leet athlete. Id recomend not eating anything withing 1-2 hours of the test though, certainly nothing like milk, that will destroy you. Maybe SOME fruit but for me, id want to leave it at least 30 mins for that

You're really worried about this test, huh? Eat a decent brekkie, toast and honey say, then about 10 minutes before the actual start, stuff down some sweeties. (Chocolate.)

tbh, no one from my school actually cared about the bleep test so long as they didnt drop out first

I just wanna do good for my mates because they look up to me because I'm usually a good runner. I'll have brekky about 7:30 I was thinking maybe prrodige then I'll have a banana bout 10 mins before the run with some energy tablets when should i have the red bull

I suppose if youve ever exercised before, youll know how long you like to leave it after your last meal

Yeah but my stamina is usually really bad if the test went in reverse I would be really good at it lol

I'm not that fit, and I dropped out second to last and came out with level 10

Yeah- im sure they were part of the species of dumbass that die during marathons and other physically exerting activites due to congenital heart defects that haven't been diagnosed! Have a bit of compassion!

And yes, just try and make sure you get a nice amount of slow realeasing carbs as well as glucose (although if it was me, i dont think my diet for the day would have much of an affect on my overall score!)
