Another Ellipse Question Watch

Show that S(rt3, 0) is a focus of the ellipse with equation 3x2 + 4y2 = 36. This bit's easy. O is the origin and P is any point on the ellipse. A line is drawn from O perpendicular to the tangent at P and this line meets the line SP, produced if necessary, at the point Q. Show that the locus of Q is a circle.

I can't seem to get this question at all and, in general, have trouble with the questions asking you to find the locus of a point. Any advice?

nope, I would have posted the thread I made, but the link on that thread, which is supposed to go to the above thread, actually goes to one about chemical engineering, so I thought better of it....anyway, my name is not Greg and I was born in 88 :p:
