Braces And Gumshield
Hi
I was wondering if its possible to wear normal gumshields (as in the ones where you boil in hot water and mould) over braces. As im only gonna have my braces for a month or so, I didnt think i should waste my money on proper ones. Would using the normal ones be ok and would it do more hard then good?

Ah just try it, they are only like £4.

Yeah, it is possible. I did it for about three years playing rugby. I had to re-mould them occasionally. Just make sure they fit fairly well and it should be fine.
