Poison her.
First i would write her a letter telling her how you feel you and your fellow students, if she doesnt respond talk to some of your teachers and if you have support contact the local education department at your council.

Maybe even contact someone on the board of Guvs?

Okay, so my school used to have a headteacher, and he has now retired and has been replaced with a new headmistress. We thought no one could be as good as our old headteacher was, and believe me, the new headmistress is the worse head of a school you could ever have.

She's been the head of our school since September, and has been ever since. Suddenly, and I mean suddenly, she's decided to change the school uniform. Our original uniform is a light blue polo shirt, black trousers/skirt, black jumper/cardigan, and black shoes.
The headmistress wants to change it to black blazers with a cartoon version of our original logo, black trousers, white shirt, black shoes, and a dark blue tie with a logo that one of the sixth former's will design.
Now, the fact that she's changing the uniform is fine, but what's not fine is that the school budget is on it's edge, and this is because: the headmistress bought daffodils which the students have already started destroying; a new shelter over benches that no one uses; canteen glass covers; milkshake machines (we're supposed to be a healthy school); rebuilding the library (adding iPads, iMacs, and new laptops); and now new uniform.

She's realized she's been messing with the school budget, so she's decided to hand out redundancy forms to teachers of disability classes, and getting new Tudors for them.

This all seems pointless to me - and to most people in my school. Everyone knows what she's doing will probably get her bankrupted, but no one has spoke up to tell her that.

Question is, can my school use all this against her and how?
I don't think any other school has experienced something like this.

I wouldn't be complaining..

+ Good idea.

- She'll probably de-class me; we're talking about a naive headmistress here.

We usually rebel against the uniform anyway so it wouldn't bother me.
Wow, you guys get to wear a suit as your uniform.

Oh no, woe is you.

Also, if it gets too hot, just take off the blazer.
Kill her and wear her skin.

I don't know what this is supposed to mean exactly (Tudors...?), but it would be illegal for her to get rid of Learning Support Assistants for disabled children, so I really doubt that is what's happening. She actually sounds really lovely from your description :u:

I think you'll find they probably have.

The boys school across the road from me had to wear their blazers all year round, even in Sixth Form. And had to ask permission before they could take them off - without permission they got detention. Is it the same in your school?
How do you know all of this about the budget? I'm guessing that the head teacher knows a little bit more than you do about how to manage a school and its budget...

The Tudors thing confused me too. OP do you mean tutors???

The OP said Tudors not tutors. Obviously I assume she meant to say tutors but that doesn't make sense anyway given that her headmistress couldn't legally fire tutors for disabled children. I love having to explain my posts, it's so fun :indiff:

Watch out we've got an intellectual genuis over here.

As a general rule for this forum if you make a statement or conclude from facts then it has to be supported by reason, the way you put

I don't know what this is supposed to mean exactly (Tudors...?)

...suggests you didn't know that it meant "tutors".

I think you will find that writing down half an argument and expecting everyone else to guess the rest over the internet, especially in a specialised subject area, is deficient at best.

It sounds to me like you're bitter about the new uniform.

If it's more than that maybe you could raise it with a head of year or someone higher. Remember it's a sensitive subject and your teachers many not deem it as suitable to discuss. I'm sure your local newspaper would enjoy a story like... "Disabled students traded in for iPads". Slight exaggeration, but you know what papers are like. There's also the school board and board of governors that you could write to. I tend to find it has more weight if it comes from parents though.

Sorry I missed the irony.:colonhash:

Haha, well I will try to make it clearer next time then :awesome:
