A doctor cannot help your penis to grow. It's stuck that way. 2" is very very unusually. I think the thread starter is just playin around.

I think you'll find that certain surgery can be performed to increase the size of a micro-penis (which isn't me being harsh, that's the name of the condition)

Get straight down the doctors, and see what he says.

yes i thinkk most guys r looking quite manly around 16 really maybe even before then i dont know, so by 19 you should be worried if it still looks child like. A lot of people have misread this post, I think the guy is saying his penis is child like, not just small. Which could mean a problem as someone has just said. You really should see the doctor about it!

If theres no hair down there then i would assume he hasn't hit puberty. But if there is (and i think he said so). And is been there for a while (years).

Then in that case it could either be some sort of hormone problem, or just his natural size.

Yes, do go to the doctors... It is the best thing you can do, if not for anything; then peace of mind for yourself? As has already been mentioned, this is unusual, but not unheard of... the worst thing you could do is think that you are alone in this one, because you really aren't. And you need to be aware of that.

The average length of an erect penis is 5.85".

Yet to most, this seems quite small.

And 10" penises are not unthinkable, especially in the case of pornography.

Therefore there simply have to be some people out there with two- and three-inchers. Worryingly, I know... and rather you than me. Bad luck mate!

Just an unrelated statistical point. You may be incorrect. If there are enough people with 5.84/5" then statistically you dont need any smaller, although I am sure there are. Your statement that 'there simply have to be people with etc..' assumes a normal distribution of probabilities, which isn't neccessarily true.

To the OP, have a chat to a doc, as hard as it might be. It does sound like something hormonal to my untrained ear.
