i was wonderin if ne 1 culd help me out

i want to know what is needed in a plan for an expermiment (growth of yeast) to achieve a good grade

A testable hypothesis stated in a concise form. The nature of the problem to be investigated clearly defined using relevant biological knowledge, principles and concepts.
Apparatus and material choices fully justified. Describe your variables and how they will be controlled to produce reliable results.
Thorough risk assessments.
This is what it says on the mark scheme for my exam board (Edexcel) for the highest marks.
