Geography / Chi Squared Test

I'm doing a Chi Squared test for my A2 Geography coursework and I'm abit stuck!

My answer, when compared with the table of Critical Values, is below the lowest one.

In theory, is there a chance that I've got my answer wrong or does it just mean that there is no significant difference about what I'm researching? Most of the frequencies I recorded in my questionnaire seem to be quite similar...

I'd really appreciate it if anyone has any ideas...

It just means there is no significant difference about what you're researching. Otherwise, you could state in your coursework that the test depended on the data which you collected and maybe the data was wrong/biased.

If you want to be re-assured I can do the test for you if you have the data. But otherwise your working is probably right.

Thank you!!! I was hoping that would be it.

I have double/triple/etc checked my data and I'm quite confidence it's all sound...

My second one worked out perfectly so I'm happy enough with the first one now.

Now just my Mann Whitney and my Chapter 4 is finally sorted.

Lol I thought chi squared test was only taught in biology.

I had to use the chi-squared forumla briefly for my Bio coursework..having a lower value than the critical value merely signifies that the difference is insignificant i think.
