They do work, because your body doesn't have to break them down to get the energy from them, so it's an almost instant effect. Obviously how long they last depends on what level of activity you're doing. But biologically they can't fail :tongue:

they work for like 20 mins and then im sleepy again, but for it to work really well i need to have at least 5 or 6 cofees, ive experimented :ninja:
i need something that will keep me awake all day :tongue:
