A2 Psychology Cwk - Lonely Hearts Ads?

Hello!

I was wondering if there is anyone who has done their cwk on Lonely Hearts ads?

If so, how did youconduct your research and where did you find the information to include in your introduction, etc?

Any information/help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Much Love,

Jemma xxx

P.S. This isn't just me being lazy - my teacher rejected my first idea AFTER he let me write my introduction and method, now I have to catch up with a new idea. It's not easy, especially as my 8 Month old is teething and wants playing with!!

Hey I did my coursework on lonely hearts ads. I used a number of studies in my introduction (e.g. Buss, Singh, Dunbar and Waynforth, Dunbar and McGuiness, Kenrick and Keefe). Just PM me with your email addy and I'll send you word documents of my intro and outline.

I focused my study on whether women who think they have more to give (i.e. are very physically attractive or young) are more likely to be more demanding than those who had little to offer. Its playing on Dunbar's idea that good looking women have a 'high betting hand so play the game to its worth.' Its all to do with testing the socio-biological theory my study - hope thats what you're doing
