Numb Breast

Hello,
One of my breasts feels numb, especially the dark area around the nipple, and whenever I touch it, its feels weird, horrible! Its also considerabally larger than the other, the dark area is also huge in comparison to the other
Just was wondering if someone could tell me if its normal?

I havent even told my mum
I think I am just going to leave it for now, I just wanted to know if it was normal

guess not...

Don't be embarrassed! I am a shy person too, but I would go for my peace of mind. It's different to telling your mum because the doctor doesn't know you personally and isn't going to see you every day from now on or whatever. Just go, they will see boobs/penises/other genitalia every day.

I know i wouldnt be able to go, i even get embaressed when doctors ask me when my last period was!
I think i will wait, if it gets painful or the diffrence because blatent i will think about telling my mum

no i wouldnt leave it cus any change in the brown bit can be a sign of breast cancer....and the fact its numb makes it slightly more worrying. Dont be embaressed!

You MUST go to the doctor. People DO get breast cancer at your age, btw, though it's probably not what you have.

Tell your mum if it helps. Trust us, the doc has seen it all before, they're not embarassed so why should you be?

Your mum would say the same as us, to go to the docs, and if you're too embarrassed to tell your mum, dont, but go to the docs, even if it is really awkward
