Cashing in grade

I did an exam in jan externally and don't know if it's been cashed in yet? It says that how many ums I got and what the grade was
How can I make sure that it was cashed in?
If it wasn't cashed in is there a deadline to which it can be cashed in?

Did you do an entire AS/A level ... was this the final paper

If so ... did you apply for cash in at the time of entry

I believe cashins for modules are done at the end of the year.

If you still feel unsure just ask the examinations' officer at your school.

I did the entire AS with my college and the cw I'm doing with my college as well it's just the final A2 exam that I did externally. That's the thing I can't remember ticking that box on the entry form >.< I will prob go see my college exam officer on monday I was just worried that there might've been a deadline.
