Try listening to some upbeat music/music with good memories(cheesy I know!) It might seem annoying to begin with but it always helps cheer me up. You might feel rubbish now but I'm sure things will sort themselves out. I don't think calling your mum right now will help, as you both will probably still be feeling pissed off with eachother. Try it in the morning.

^ Yeh, true, I suppose that could be slightly misguided advice, might be better to let the air clear. Get a decent night's sleep and hope you feel better in the morning

Thanks guys.... yeah i think ill leave it til morning - i think she will still be a bit uptight this evening = even though i feel i could talk calmly etc. i think itd be best to sleep on it.
