So stupid... Think I've swallowed some bleach!
It would only be a tiny amount, from a Mr Muscle kitchen bleach spray, but I think it's got into my system - my throat is burning! Guess I didn't wash my hands thoroughly enough. Is it worth doing anything about it? Don't want to seem like a hypochondriac!
Lots of water. See a doctor if your breathing is effected.
Bleach on the skin (eg the throat) will hurt for a while but wont kill you, just drink lots of water and see a doctor if it is getting worse.
