Friends that only bother when it suits THEM. Don't you just hate them? 
yes. with a passion.
But then again, next year I probably wont see them again (I graduate) so I try not to get too upset. I'm sure i'll survive. *sobs*
There are some right d*ckweeds here at uni, but I know i havent even started living in the real world yet, hence I havent met my true mates yet. so its cool

My mate turned up the other day offering to take me out for a few drinks. He's not academic, I am. Yet he thinks he's the one that can be the ignorant and obnoxious one by ignoring me.................just cos he's got a job car and girlfriend, he thinks that it automatically qualifies him as having a life.
I'm going to university, I write poetry, I have culture..........who's got the right to be a fairweather?

Depends on what sort of job it was, really.
My mates job isn't that great- typical dead-end teenage job for someone with no quals.
Don't gove a sh*t hun. Lifes far too short for that. You'll meet loads of like-minded people at university who share your interests and lifestyle.

yep. its friends like these that i had at college and who have really tried to make my life hell.too bad they aint managed to succeed 
I hate them, and I can think of several.
yes. i hate it. i have just left college, and to them now, i am 'out of sight out of mind'.. so unless i get in touch, i don't go out/see them/speak to them... etc
yes i totally agree!!! and then when you stop contacting them they're like "errr something i said" and make a big deal about it grrrrrrrrrrr why?
