ooow i have a massive love bite on my nipple, it's actually so so so sore, what can i do to stop the pain and make the bruising go down?! it hurts too much to even wear a bra :frown:

lol, ye you have to be careful with them. the best thing could be pressure, to try to stop any bleeding happening internal. otherwise maybe try some cold peas

it hurts too much to put any pressure on it, and the ice thing or frozen peas or whatever doesn't work because they make my nipples, erm, solidify which hurts even more!! lol, it is quite an amusing situation i suppose, although it is so painful :frown:

Bruises don't take that long to fade as long as you're healthy with a good immune system.

Try dabbing a little Witch Hazel on the bruises though - it's cooling and makes bruises fade quickly. Plus, I think it smells gorgeous...
