get dried bakers yeast, hydrate it by mixing a set amount wif a set amount of water (you decide how much jus keep it the same 4 all repeats)
decide on a concentration of sugar to use (i recommend glucose) an keep it the same for all repeats.
decide on different concentrations of ethanol (eg 0.2m,0.3m,0.4m etc)
Make sure u allow yeast to respire aerobically if ur investgating effects of ethanol cus it produces ethanol itself when respiring anaerobically.
Measure yeast growth by amount of CO2 given off every minute r something. You can measur co2 production using a buiret - its more accurate than a gas syringe.
errmmmm let me know if u want help wif anything else lol
