How do i get AIDs?

I've looked in Boots, and they're all differently priced. I was chatting to one of the assistants and she was telling me all about aids and where is the best place to get them, Apparently one of the best places to get them is from some woman outside the rose and crown on a friday night, many people have paid her and have recieved aids from her, I'm not sure which ones to buy though, should i go for comfort? style? or the technology incorporated? which is the best?

I'm not sure if anyone on here has aids, but it would be fantastic if you could give me some advice on how to catch aids.
