Is this thread too old to be revived?
I am a size 8 at 5'5, but I don't look that thin. I am actually quite fleshy and can actually afford to lose a bit of fat, and I think this is because I've got a higher body fat percentage to BMI ratio due to my ethnicity.
I eat normal - I stay away from fried food and savoury snacks because I don't like them, but I do eat a LOT of chocolate and find it hard to ration. Other than that, I try to make sure I eat a relatively balanced diet (more often than not skewed by the chocolate consumption).
I used to exercise more frequently than I do now, but right now it's just floor exercises once a week and walking to uni and back as often as I can.
