Is this thread too old to be revived?

I am a size 8 at 5'5, but I don't look that thin. I am actually quite fleshy and can actually afford to lose a bit of fat, and I think this is because I've got a higher body fat percentage to BMI ratio due to my ethnicity.

I eat normal - I stay away from fried food and savoury snacks because I don't like them, but I do eat a LOT of chocolate and find it hard to ration. Other than that, I try to make sure I eat a relatively balanced diet (more often than not skewed by the chocolate consumption).

I used to exercise more frequently than I do now, but right now it's just floor exercises once a week and walking to uni and back as often as I can.
I'm a size 8 but only because i am 5 foot 2, and in reality I am fat lol

I eat around 1600 calories a day, it varies and spikes up to like 2000 around christmas, but I run for thirty/forty minutes every day and strength train weekly to keep my body strong and healthy:h:
I'm a size 4 (5'11) and I work out daily and always eat 2 meals a day, I try not to eat meat and cut down on dairy as well.

Just be happy in your body!!
