Amazing weather - go for a picnic lunch in one of your nearby parks.

I was going to say, do a picnic because the weather is amazing. Have a stroll round the countryside, take strawberries, plums and peaches and eat it all up on the nice green grass... (and then eat each other).

Theme park may be a more intense date, ice skating is fun - but it is nice and sunny out.
An aquarium / botanic gardensy type places are also usually calm enough for a chat, but you both learn interesting things. Museums too, if you think you would both enjoy it. : )

    Ideas are endless!

You said girlfriend so I guess you're already dating? If so, for how long?

Picnic is on my suggested date list as well!

I guess it depends on what you want to go for. There's a fun day out (like a picnic) or there's playing to her interests. There's go-see-run-do, amusement, relaxing, casual, smart.. so many different options. The more info you give us about what you have in mind, the more we can help you

    Random ideas:

    - Picnic
    - Aquarium/zoo (my boyfriend and I went to the London aquarium - it was awesome)
    - Fly a kite (couple that with picnic?)
    - Laser tag!
    - Live near a beach -> water activity
    - Fancy dinner out
    - Movie night in (her favourite/girly movie if you want to make it about her)
    - If she's a fantasy/sci-fi book fan, George R. R. Martin will be doing a speaking/signing in London on like April 10th!
