Some may think everyone speaks like this "Och Aye, Fare ya From?" but this is not true. In some places, people as little as thirty miles from each other struggle understanding each other..
So as i said .. the Aberdeen accent, Edinburgh, Perth, The Isles.
I, for example, come from Inverness-Shire and it can really get slated for the accent. I continually get people from other people asking me to say "Rubber Bumper" because apparently i say it wierdly
People from Inverness, however, pride themselves on thinking they speak the best "Queens English".
I quite like David Tennant's real accent. I don't know where abouts in Scotland he's from though?
The Edinburgh accent is quite nice though. Some parts of Glasgow I find can sometimes be a bit hard to understand, so I'm not really a massive fan of that accent.
Inverness as that's where my family are from .. Either that or anything from the West.
Can't stand Edinburgh/Dundee accents or Doric. Fife accents, I knew someone from Fife and won't ever see her again, so I hate Fife accents for making my tear up every time I hear them!
Oh awesome, I'm guessing most people from that area also have lovley accents then?
I hope so...I live a 10 minute drive away from Paisley. We probably have a sort of Glaswegian accent, just not as strong/broad and don't use as much slang as proper Glaswegians do. I quite like our accent!
Gerard Butler and Paolo Nutini are also from Paisley.

This! I met a family from Fife when I was on holiday and everytime the daughter said "Aye, a didnae ken like" I wanted to punch her!" I hate the Fifer's accent!!
