Okay, so what you do it... one of the following, make sure you only drink water for awhile and take excessive showers. Sometimes your general feeling of uncomfortableness can be due to feeling a tad unclean as it were.
Then if you actually need to loose weight you can do a easy kind of thing... um... sit ups aren't actually too amazing for burning calories. You may want to go swimming... buy some stupid excercise dvd or maybe find a simple sport which you can play with someone... badminton. OR DO MARTIAL ARTS! o.O' that rocks.
Hey...e ven if you aren't fat sport and excercise is always good. Personally I can't excercise unless I enjoy what I'm doing. Excercise is boring generally, lol.
