Putting on weight Watch

In the past couple of days I feel like I've put on a lot of weight - I feel a lot bigger than usual and I hate it. Is it possible to put on a lot of weight in a couple of days? I feel physically sick at how my body looks and I want to cry, I'm not meant to be fat. How can I get rid of it? I've been diong loads of sit-ups etc but I just feel worse and even bigger. Please help me get rid of it!

Just diet and walk etc etc etc

As a guy I have this issue with my girlfriend *rolls eyes* women.
Okay, so what you do it... one of the following, make sure you only drink water for awhile and take excessive showers. Sometimes your general feeling of uncomfortableness can be due to feeling a tad unclean as it were.

Then if you actually need to loose weight you can do a easy kind of thing... um... sit ups aren't actually too amazing for burning calories. You may want to go swimming... buy some stupid excercise dvd or maybe find a simple sport which you can play with someone... badminton. OR DO MARTIAL ARTS! o.O' that rocks.

Hey...e ven if you aren't fat sport and excercise is always good. Personally I can't excercise unless I enjoy what I'm doing. Excercise is boring generally, lol.

sit-ups won't help you. go running and control your diet properly.
