Just a query...

Hi,
I'm always tired, always cold and always hungary. My weight is stable and certainly not underweight, I'm always pretty busy but recently I've become really lathargic, just not motivated and need lots more sleep than I used to. Am just starting to train again in the gym 4 times a week - used to do it 3-5 times, was fitter and could happily go on 3 hours sleep a night for about 3 weeks - between July and Dec rarely had more than 5 1/2 hours a night.

Just wondered if anyone had any idea why I'm suddenly feeling like this... has been going on a few weeks now...

Im exactly the same. There's another post like this on here. I just dont care about anything now, im really lazy and cant bring myself to do much. Its a real problem for me now, because its getting me into trouble.

I dont know why ive become like this, im not tired as such, just really lazy. Never used to be though.
