    It's been working fine before this, but now, I load it up, it's fine, go on internet browser, loads for a few seconds thewn crashes the whole computer. This has lasted over 30 minutes and did it the other day too. What should I do?

    Google Chrome. An update on this - after a period of time, over an hour I'd say, I looked back at it and it was just the wallpaper, no icons, or anything, couldn't see the mouse etc. so had to turn it off by the power on button by the side.

    Google Chrome can have some issues with such bugs. What I recommend is the following;

    - Uninstall Chrome fully.
    - Load up IE, download the latest stable version from Chrome.
    - Install it once more.

    Report back and let us know how it went. This is assuming you are using Windows, as you don't state what OS you are using.
