Transferring from UAL after 2nd year?

I am currently in my 2nd year studying graphic and media design (specialising in Advertising) at the London College Of Communication and I hate it. Not the course really, as I know graphic design and advertising is a subject I love. Its more about the university itself, its unhelpful and unwelcoming atmosphere, and my class full of people I have been with for almost two years, some of which I haven't even spoken to yet. I have never in my life found it so difficult to connect with people. I chose the course and university for its location and reputation, putting my negative gut feeling about it aside and now i'm paying the price. What I want to ask is whether it would be possible (if so, how easy?) to transfer to a similar course in a different uni? I was considering Westminster for example, as I still want to stay in London.

I know it is unusual to want to transfer so late, but I took transferring seriously and thought I'd really try to make it work before considering it. Are my reasons for wanting to transfer even good enough? Any advice or sharing of experiences on this issue would be helpful, thanks.

Hi there

I just googled "is there a possibility to transfer from UAL to Westminster" and here I find this question asked by you few years ago...
I know it's been a while, but if you read this and have a few spare minutes - can you please write if you succeeded in transferring to another uni or not? I'm having all the same thoughts as you and it would be just so helpful to hear something on the matter from a fellow student

thank you so much in advance x

OP hasn't been online for two years now, so you are unlikely to get an answer. I suggest you start a new thread.
