Thought chins primarily work biceps? Pull ups on the other hand...
dude, same thing. and they work the lats primarily...
not the same thing! chins are for ur guns.
okay...explain the main difference.
a quick google search says:
"Wide Grip Chins - Purpose of Exercise: To develop the whole shoulder girdle & upper back with specific emphasis on the upper and outer lats. A fantastic exercise."
My one rep max is 140kgs.
Best execise for the back is the lat pull down, do it properly, use heavy weights, and vary grips (over and under) and grip width (narrow, wide, shoulder-width). Another fantastic exercise is the barbell rowing, great for thickness. Try to use both as primary exercises along with deadlifts. And vary 2 other exercises. I do about 6 sets. My back is one of my strongest points along with my chest. A wide back and thick chest cant be hidden whatever you wear, thus, people know you're muscular without thinking you're a poser.
Note that I try to workout my back as parts, like an exercise for upper back, one for upper lats, one for lower lats, one for lower back,..etc. This way no part of your back is neglected and overall development is achieved.
This is my opinion!!!
that just looks gross
doesnt even look normal, looks like implant imo
yeah he injected synthol - dumbass!
*pukes* if he had to get implants, at least make the in proportion, his triceps looks stupid
here's a question: ppl ask me why i bodybuild. i know some ppl do it for their sports and stuff, but what about ppl who just wanna do it coz they want to! i just wanted to get bigger, tired of being lanky and being told so.
what about you lot?
i like lifting weights, its fun. Even if there were no gains from it, i'll still do it
I lift weights to put weight on, and also to be stronger; but the main reason is purely aestheticical sadly.
obviously if it persists, don't do them. i don't do skullcrushers any more coz they **** up my elbows for some reason, not on any other tricep exercises. just happens sometimes. eliminate the exercise and swiftly find an equally effective alternative.
decline close grip bench press - the best tricep exercise imo
yeah that's my alternative. tis good for sure.
