Depends, perhaps he may like you? If he did, I am sure he would be elated, for most guys it would be a very pleasant experience, and would respect you for taking the initiative, only a few may play mind games with you, you don't want to associate yourself with that sort of person anyway. If he is not interested, he would probably be very flattered, but is unlikely to embarass you if he has any ounce of maturity.

I'd be very complimented if an OK-looking girl actually took the initiative with me; I've been complimented enough when having gotten close to OK-looking girls with whom I've took the initiative.

And if she was a friend with whom I got along, chances are I would be on cloud nine, and would take her in my arms and, well, you know............

to be honest. i would be extremely surprised if an OK looking girl showed any interest in me, and yes i would be very interested in getting together with whoever was interested. although that is because i am single now and obviously if i was with someone, i wouldnt be interested for obvious reasons

Well, obviously it's going to depend on A) how long you've known them, B) They arent some randomer thats walked out the bar, C) whether you like their personality a lot.

There's 2 girls that i particularly like, loads that i find attractive but only 2 i'd bother going out with.

PS: sorry about my alcohol induced crap talking, i had a few and was typing with very dim light with one of the bulbs gone. I know people seem to get slightly pissed when i do that. Sorry.

Err, this completely depends on the person. Believe it or not, not everyone WANTS to be in a relationship all of the time. Personally right now my reaction would be just that, that I don't want an attachment right now. That said, if the girl was really hot, I'd probably give it a go if only for the regular sex.
