I'd say Manchester but due to a slight bias in that it's my firm choice. But the weather in St Andrews is going to be terrible. And the Manchester course is shorter.

Manchester deffinately! St Andrews is boring, I know my mum lives there. It's a really pretty place but only a small town with poor shopping and nighlife. It's full of american girls who think there going to get into prince Williams pants and as Tina mentioned yes, it's f'kin freezing in the winter!!

I thought you were asking which one was better for sex. I have never had sex in st Andrews, so I voted for Manchester.

then st andrews BY FAR.. its a very well respected university, and the courses in scotland although longer are far more flexible.. it may be cold but the place was a real buzz of people when i visited
