Ever since I was younger I've had an awful diet. I'm aware of this and it's pretty embarrassing, I can't really go out to eat anywhere as I tend to not like the majority of the things available.
I have tried quite a lot of the foods I don't like before, and it makes me gip when I put them in my mouth. I think it's all psychological.
I don't like most of the foods that a normal person would - pizza, pasta, spaghetti - anything like that. Indian food, chinese food etc.
I don't like any fruits or vegetables either.
I'm hoping to 'force' myself to be able to eat like a normal person for when I go to university as it will be pretty embarrassing.
